Dr Rajasekhar is playing a sincere police officer character in ‘Mahankali’ directed by Jeevitha and produced by Yeluru Sirender Reddy and A Parandhama Reddy on the banner of Anjeri Arts. Madhurima is playing opposite Rajasekhar as heroine.

The film had recently canned an item song at Ramoji Film City involving Rajasekher, Saleem Panda, Jeeva, Chandrasekhar and Kausha under the choreography of Rock Nani.

Producers say, ‘Only few patch work, canning of two songs and the climax are yet to be shot for the movie. Recently we shot some scenes in Dubai involving the villains. We are planning to shoot some climax scenes in Hyderabad airport. We are planning to shoot the balance songs also in and around Hyderabad. The shooting would be wrapped up by the end of this month.’

Pradeep Rawat, Asish Vidyarthi, Satyaprakash, Chalapati Rao, Raghu, RK, Kadambari Kiran, Sutti Velu, Jockey, O Kalyan and others are in the cast.

Dialogue are by Mohan, music is by Chinna, camera is by PG Vinda, while screenplay and direction are by Jeevitha Rajasekhar.
